Patients who need continuous monitoring and observation are admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Concord Hospital – Laconia or will be transported to another available ICU.

We offer critical care services to the Lakes and Three Rivers Region. At Concord Hospital – Franklin, critically ill or injured patients will be well cared for by our emergency care team until they are stable enough to be transferred to an available ICU.
At Concord Hospital – Laconia, patients who require this level of care will be admitted to the ICU on-site, a state-of-the-art critical care unit with fully equipped private rooms and high-tech monitoring.
Both hospitals are designed to provide the highest level of comfort and advanced care, and are staffed with specially trained physicians, nurses and staff, committed to providing quality, compassionate medical care.
